I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude regarding service from Van’s Delivery. Not once has there been a late shipment, and we have had plenty. Every time we call Van’s for service, whether taking in stored product, delivering on a moment’s notice or helping to arrange storage situations, your Team has exceeded expectations of the task.

Recently, I needed a storage trailer in NY with no notice; Todd Olson made sure it happened. In July, our Event’s Dept needed delivery of material and the dates were mis-communicated; Van’s made the delivery without hesitation. When I need a delivery of inventoried curriculum; the brokerage team has it done. Tiffany does her job well when I need long haul deliveries. Jean is always patient with invoicing which I think we have a working system now here at NHA. Ryan, our inventory contractor, is treated excellent while working in your warehouse.

In short John, your whole team is friendly right down to the drivers. I can’t thank you enough for maintaining this relationship and providing superior service.
